Phone Consultation: This allows me to talk with you about your top concerns and schedule an appointment. I will get your information and email you a 3 day food journal along with a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).

*Note: The 3 day food journal and NAQ must be returned via email or snail mail  BEFORE your first appointment.

First Appointment: We will have a interview so I can get to know you better, I will go over your 3 day food journal, your NAQ with your symptom burden graph, and perform a functional evaluation. Followed up with individualized nutritional and supplementation recommendations.

$99.00 | (first appointment lasts 1 1/2-2 hours, please wear loose clothing)

Second Appointment: Usually scheduled 2-3 weeks later. I will perform the foundational functional evaluation and re-evaluate your eating and supplement plan giving nutritional coaching and answer any questions. The second appointment allows us to asses your progress, make additional adjustments, and fine tune your health plan.

$45.00 | (second appointment last about 45 minutes, please wear loose clothing)

Follow-up Appointments: We can schedule as many additional, optional, follow-up meetings as you need or desire to allow us to continue to measure your overall progress and help ensure you stay on track to reach your goals.

Quarterly Check Up: Highly recommended as a way to gauge your progress and look into more detailed healing procedures if needed. (ie:cleanses and detoxes which should only be done after 2-3 months of foundational work) Includes a new NAQ, a Functional Evaluation, Dietary coaching if needed and supplementation.

Cpboard Education: Now that you are learning how to eat clean foods its time to clean out the cupboard! We will go through the items in your home and learn how to read food labels, understand what ingredients in food are health giving and what are toxic. You will receive 7 easy healthy recipes for meals to make on a budget along with a Non-GMO Shopping guide!
